    It was really tough to choose, but I went with Michael Palin. I mean, the guy was the Head Knight for the Knights Who Say Ni and the head Inquisitor!

    wow... that is a hard, hard choice. it's very close between John Cleese, Eric Idle and Michael Palin.

    (though the other pythons were also great in their roles... they were all wonderful)

    Michael Palin's a great actor, but John Cleese is definitely the most creative...he wears those huge teeth when he's shooting movies. Acting with huge fake teeth over his real teeth, I think, makes him a great actor. That and he acts very well and ...and... I just had a flashback to A Fish Called Wanda with him strutting around naked, chanting in russian. [face_plain] I shudder at the thought.

    Egads!

    What about Terry Gilliam?

    He is an award winning writer/director who has made many films, most acclaimed and with the exception of a couple, all have made a ton of money.
