The Bakersfield Fanforce Chapter will be having its first meeting:

Date: Monday, September 22nd

Time: 7pm - ?

Location: Sharkey's Pizza
3611 Stockdale Hwy at the corner of S. Real Rd.

All Bakersfield area Star Wars fans are welcome to attend the first meeting of the Bakersfield Fanforce chapter. Please post on this thread if you plan to attend. The meeting will start with introductions, then any other topics people wish to discuss, such as costuming and the Las Vegas Comic Con. There will also be a Star Wars Trivia contest, and two prizes will be awarded.

I plan on being there. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone that I don't know and discussing Las Vegas Con!!!

It's nice to be able to put a face to a name. I look forward to having more meetings and functions in the future. We can build our group to be the Best in the West....or at least Bako!!! Glad to have met everyone in attendance. Now to come up with a name!!!

 

it was great. 6 total members so far.
we had great discussions about vegas comic con, costuming , trivia, charity work. two winners who tied. pizza and beer and starwars. what more could you ask for.
