Wait, wait, wait. I just noticed. Shouldn't I have 15 on Geonosis? I placed all 9 reinforcements there. And then I placed 5 there during the fortify stage. And that is 14 added to the one that was already there to make 15.

 

I think your onlt allowed to 'fortify' planets bordering the ones you take them from.

No, you can fortify any planet that is contiguous with any other planet in your control.

Alderaan-Neimodia-Mimban/Todaria-Narshaddaa-Kamino-Tatooine-Geonosis.



EDIT: Here's where you may have gotten confused:

Armies that attacked during phase two may only move one planet. Those that did not attack may move as many planets as can be seamlessly connected. All planets must have at least one occupying army.


The armies Bart is moving from Alderaan did not attack, so they are free to move between controlled territories.

 

Oh! My apologies! I completely forgot to add those nine troops. Everything else appears to be kosher, and as snowspeeder_gunner did not make any combat moves, we'll only backtrack a tiny bit.
