Guess the Episode III title!

I think the name will be Episode III: Fall of the Republic. That name makes sense because in Episode IV the republic has already fallen.

George WILL pick something remenicent of the old serials, and it won't have "of the" and it won't begin with "the", since we've already had two titles will that for the PT.

I honestly expect something like, "Sith Wage War"

Wow! Some of those are really good! I like, 'Dawn of an Empire' or 'Rise of the Empire' like many people have stated. Personally I think 'The Clone Wars' isn't even an idea. I don't think they would use the word 'Clone' in another title.

$10 says that GL will do what he always does; pick a completely obscure title that no one would have ever guessed

 

Sorry guys but I dont think it will be anything like fall of the jedi or rise of the empire,or the sith strike back because GL will never tell the ending of the story expecally to those who haven't seen the OT and are wacthin them from TPM on so if the title is fall of the jedi the people that haven't seen the OT will be like o thats what happens.

Everone thought that the title for episode 3 was going to be:The beginning because it is in the story line the first star wars and it turned out to be TPM.

Everyone thought that episode 2 was going to be :A love story or forbidden love or something of that nature but GL for the people that started with TPM it turned out to be AOTC.

So no way is the title going to tell the ending he is writing this as if the OT doesn't exist he is writing it the way he meant it to be done so he is writing it as Darth Vader is one big surprise so no way is the title to be anything that tells what happens to the jedi,anikin,or the republic so the title will probably be:The clone wars

I agree with you Darth, I think it will be something more reminiscent of the Flash Gordon type titles, like they all are. I also think that you people are ignoring my privious statement about the title!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!??!?!?!?!

I don't know why,but when i have to think about a title,the first one that comes in mind is "THE DUEL OF THE FATES".It is almost impossible to have this as a title but i think is cool.And i also saw that many agree with me.

 

i think a good title for episode 3 cold be the following:

The Fall of the Jedi
the Dark Times begin
The traitor
the turning

Truth be told, it'll probably be something that didn't even occur to us.

 

without at doubt if its anything we've mentioned here its Duel of The Fates

its the only one that sounds half normal
and non cheesey.

it sets up what FOR SURE going to happen

fate of republic and empire

anakin and obi wan etc..

we know sort of who "wins" but
this title doesnt give anything away
and doesnt pry into obsessive star
wars fan language that wouldn't
be marketable..only on those
ridiculous paperback books.
