    This is your old buddy Pinback, calling in from NSW, wishing you all a happy, safe and obscenely prosperous 2001!

    If anyone is stuck for a New Years' party theme, try this; make a papier mache' monolith, and invite a group of friends to rent gorilla suits. Then, at the stroke of midnight, gather around your monolith and start jumping up and down, hooting and gibbering like crazy monkeys!

    And don't forget to take pics!

    Wishing all Outer Rimers a very happy New Year. I hope you all party hard. I'm going to have a couple of drinks, which is unusual for me since I don't drink.

    I'm having a friend over to watch movies, and I'm sure SW will pop up as one of the movies we will be viewing since my friend is a SW fan. (Unfortuenatly she doesn't have connection to the net, but she may want to join the club).
