Hauntings at the Hangar - 2012 Edition

The key is to have the tables/stations staffed for the entire time...swapping people in and out is totally fine, just as long as it's all covered from 10AM-4PM

I know I won't be there before 10:00. But when I get there, I don't know. I wouldn't bet on me before noon. Honestly, I keep going back and forth about doing it at all.

 

Since you need specific times etc. I'm out for volunteering, we will be attending to visit and hang out at the event.

 

I can be there between 9-10am on Sunday.

I can also bring candy with me. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for other items to bring in.

I will also be there through cleanup for you guys!

Hi all! My daughter Anna and I would like to volunteer. We can be there by 10am (probably not too much earlier due to the drive) and can stay until 4pm. We can be assigned any jobs you need. The hubby and other daughter may or may not come so I would like them to be on the extra board if possible.

Anna wants to know if she can wear her Primrose Everdeen costume to this? It's not Star Wars so we thought we should ask.

 

A lot of us forego Star Wars costumes (for once!) on Halloween. Primrose would be awesome!

I have a PDF of the Star Wars Reads Day activity book. It has origami, coloring pages, trivia, etc. Is it okay to pass these out at this event?
If not, I'll print out some of the usual Clone Wars with the RMFF info on the back.

 

I'll be there, along with my minions. They can run the Jabba toss booth or something if needed.

I need to know number of tables, if electricity is needed, and amount of floorspace wanted ASAP. This information was due Saturday.....

 

I already gave you tables before... Holler at me tomorrow and we'll go through it again.

Only thing left is the list of names from Kim on Friday.

I might not be able to make it there until 11 or so... but I will be there with minions who can work a simple booth.

 

I am planning on going as well. What time I get there depends on if I go out Saturday night. If I don't hopefully by 10 am. If I do, noonish.

What I said above still applies. I will be there, but I can't promise what time.

 

At this point in time I will most likely have a blank spreadsheet or halfarsed filled out one, still firming up names (need first and last) I think we will need to check in at front desk this year. We might barely have enough peeps, and it's going to be BUSY I hope we can all get a break, I will drop the floater position if we don't and Becca & ZOO will have to check on us from time to time and fill in as floaters.
Safeway has the good candy on sale for $2 a bag, must buy 4 or something crazy like that.
