ST Is Captain Phasma Rey's Sister?..

I personally didn't notice this when I was watching The Force Awakens last night but my friend who was there with me said to me afterwards "So is Phasma going to be Rey's sister then?" and when I asked where he got that idea from he referred to the scene where Rey was remembering being left by her family on Jakku and there was a little blonde girl with her.

Finn said that The First Order took children away from their families and raised them to become Storm Troopers. We all know Gwendoline Christie is blonde. So is Captain Phasma the little girl who was taken away in the flashback on Jakku?

Interested to know everyone else's thoughts on this!

 

Pretty good catch there I didnt notice anything as the scene went way to fast. Could be a possibility.

 

I retract this whole theory. After a second viewing of TFA I think my friend made a mistake. There was no other little girl with Rey when she was left on Jakku. (Not that I noticed anyway.)

 

Yeah pretty much not his theory at all.
I still think that is Unkar Plutt with child Rey.

Phasma exists to get Gwendoline Christie in the movie for geek points. Though I do hope more can be made of her!

Well its a better idea/theory than her being a tranny that I saw tossed around here by somebody.

 

Phasma was a bit of a disappointment. I thought she might do a little more in this movie then lower the shields surrounding the base.
