It kind of bugs me when I have to specify, because I'm like "Georgia. You know, the Georgia." But I guess that it's unavoidable on an international forum such as this.

Sometimes I refer to Tblisi as Atlanta's "sister city."

Nope, no panic here, because unlike some Americans, I know my geography.
