Jedi Knight was on PC.
Mysteries of the Sith was on PC.
Jedi Outcast on PC, Xbox, Gamecube and Mac
Jedi Academy on PC, Xbox.

I don't think I'll ever go back to playing on my conole every day. If you're not using a PC your not really gaming.

 

Jedi Academy is being released for the Mac.
