Er, how do you do the taunt thing?


And pat? Um, could we please *NOT* do the Jedi Master thing? It just sorta doesn't make the game as fun. I would LOVE to do either "Team FFA" or "CTF" (CTF is my favorite ). But just plain ol' FFA could be a fun way to start off (so we can all assert who has the most 1337 5ki11z) then go into something team oriented like I mentioned above.

Those would just be my preferences, you guys should list what you'd like to play as well!


BTW, this game is for *Monday* night, right?

 

I think FFA for this first run is a good idea to see how many people show. The problem with team and CTF is if people don't show or people leave the game it gets to be unfair for some.

So that everyone is clear here are the specs.

Start Time: 8:00-8:30p.m cst
Force Level: Jedi Knight
Level: Varies depending on server.
Limits: Varies depending on server.

If I can I'll try to find a server that allows skins.

To taunt, open the console( shift and ~)
then type:

bind o +taunt

So whenever you hit o, it taunts. You can have that be any key.

Then whenever you hit that key, you'll taunt. Most of the dark characters laugh, the Jedi Trainer warns about the dark side, the TIE Pilot says "Come here" and Lando goes "Woohoo!" Thats all I remember off the top of my head. While they say whatever, they move their weapon to the side and gesture with there hand.


Force Level: Jedi Knight
Doh, need to set up a new force shceme...

 

All I do with the Jedi Knight level is just tone the saber skills down. That way all my dark powers stay the same.

 

That'd make 5AM for me... Not sure I'll joim.

What will the name of the server, and in case I can't find it (happenned with the Lit guys), what will some of your names on the game ?

Hydroball. It's kind of like soccer, only you swim underwater and throw the ball into the goal. And the players not currently playing get to fool around on the outside and kill each other with the sabers.

I know it sounds kind of lame, but I'd imagine it would be pretty fun if you played with a bunch of people you knew.

Yup. Here. I haven't tried it with real people yet, but I'd love to give it a shot with you guys some time.

Oh, and there's another mod out there you guys may want to check out... Jedi Moves 2.0. It changes two of the stances to Tavion's and Desann's one-handed styles, gives you the ability to cartwheel and butterfly (!!11), and makes the dual-bladed saber toggle-ified without cheating, among other things. Pretty cool stuff, but I'm still waiting for my team-based objective/class multiplayer mods.

Not for this game. Maybe in the future. Too little time between now and then to decide on a map and make sure everyone that wants to play has it.
