Rogue the 80's were awesome. I'm sorry you're too young to have grown up in this era of unbridled wonder, and that you feel you must sneer at it out of a combination of jealousy and vague distrust of Reaganomics. No decade had the perfect storm of movies, and cartoons, for kids than the 80s.

You wouldn't understand. You weren't there. I was, man. I was. They gave us a Rambo cartoon, as well as a Robocop one. You could go to the store and at one point, get Star Wars, He-Man, DC Super heroes, and GI Joes. Not in some retro collectors shop, but when they were new toys and adding new figures to the line! Kids in the Soviet Union didn't have this amazingness. That's when we, the West, won the Cold War.

No, it was a wondrous and beautiful thing, Rogue. Too young to understand, all we knew was that it shaped a decade of kickass ass kicking. Airwolf? Totally due to Reagonomics. Rambo 3? Probably due to. Commando? I'm not even going to explain myself on that one.
