Wash, DC MD Ren Fest this year?

Hey everyone. Long time, no see. Been busy getting myself a new job.

Anyway, just wondering because no one else has brought it up yet:

Do we want to have the usual shindig at the MD Renaissance Festival this year?

If so, what weekend should we go? Do we want to do the usual Pirate Invasion Weekend shindig? Or a different week?

Just wondering so I can plan ahead to be off on the appropriate day. For me, a Sunday would work better than a Saturday. I'll make more money at work if I work on Saturdays.

 

Sorry, we just haven't cross-posted yet. We'll be going Pirate weekend as usual, but I think we decided to do Saturday this year because it works better for a lot of people. Especially our out-of-towners.

 

Erin here...Some of my friends from school, Heather, Jason and I are gonna go on September 23rd..it's a Saturday...should anyone want to join us, we are always in need of friends -_-...

Problem is, my car is full now (six people)...so..yeah.

Just thought I'd bump this up for those who hang out on these boards regularly.

Looks like many of us are leaving NoVA around 10 or so. No set time or place to meet up at the fair yet. The White Hart Tavern is a good bet though.

 

It was great seeing everyone!! I had a blast! fried macaroni and cheese is gooooood.
