Mass Meet #2

Now that we've had a few days to digest those hamburgers and sausages, we can start thinking of Meet #2.

Where?
When?
What?

Anything is good for me.

 

Well here are the dates in February I am available for all of them:

Sat. 5 Sun. 6
Sat. 12 Sun. 13
Sat. 19 Sun. 20
Sat. 26 Sun. 27

As for what to do we could do a movie meet,lazer tag, or have a billiards meet.

There is also Jillians in Boston near Fenway Park.

There is the
Funway Cafe in Foxboro a mile north of Gillette Stadium.

Just a few ideas from me.Does anyone else know of some cool and interesting places for the next meet?

 

I have Sat and Sun nights off so I can meet where ever, as long as I may bring my newbie daughter and wife

 

That Funway place sounds wicked cool.

 

I am pretty sure that I am going to be in the Boston area around President's day because my school gives us that Monday off. (Plus I have no classes on Friday, so a four day weekend and three days of class the following week, ). So I might be able to go.

 

I was actually going to suggest the Funway Cafe as a possible location. I guess great minds DO think alike The best bets for me making it to a meeting would be on a Sunday afternoon, so any Sunday (minus SuperBowl Sunday) would be good.

 

Alright how about Sunday February 20th?

Does that work for everyone?

On a side note I am going to the Funway Cafe on Superbowl Sunday.
If anyone is interested let me know.
It is a great place to watch the Superbowl.

Only three weeks until the meet.

 

I will go wherever. But, if it is easier to get to the Foxboro area then I would rather do that. Boston is not my thing, but I still will go wherever the group chooses!

 

If anyone requires a lift to the meet we can arrange a pick up or meet up place and get people to the meet who don't have their own transportation.

 

Yeah that's good for people like me... the carless. I can go anywhere the T or CR goes, though.

 

Boston is pretty easy to get into, so I am going to see what I can do to get in on that day. I will get in touch with you guys sooner to the date concerning the meet.

 

Anyone in the Worcester area can PM me and we can work out a ride deal if you don't have a car.

 

Personally, I'd prefer the Funway Cafe but that's because I can get there in under a half hour

 

Two weeks to go does anyone need a ride?

I will post later and give a full detail of all the activities that are there as I will be going today to watch the Superbowl today.

I will try to get hold of and post a menu of the food they have available.

Well it looks like we are meeting at the Funway on Sunday what time does everyone want to meet at? How does 2:00 sound?

And we will probably have a nice bite to eat there the food is pretty good. Discuss a few things coming up with the group and stuff.

Sounds good to me. I have a couple of ideas for t-shirts (besides the one I e-mailed you a while back Chris) that I'll bring along. They may just be in the "pencil sketch" stage though.
