    Well, it isn't quite blueprints but pages 16-17 of the Star Wars Incredible Cross-Sections book has a pretty detailed cutaway view of the Falcon. The book is in print and should be readily available online or in a good bookstore.

    I actually had re-created blueprints of the various parts of the Falcon that was given to me for Christmas when I was a teenager. It was part of a set of 16 blueprints of various different props and prop sets from ANH. I don't know where they are, but I could try to find them.

    I thought I say some blueprints you could buy from the starwars store in a plaque form... but I could be wrong.
