Travis wants to put make-up on you, and take pictures of you, too? This is a PATTERN? Oh my.... not sure what to think....

    True, Entropy.

And JediRiff, Life is Pain - if you doubt, drop something heavy on your foot. Pain is associated with Death. According to my algebraic equation, both pain and death are part of life.

What I told above was true, from a certain point-of-view. (Albeit just part of the equation.)

You'll find that many of the truths we cling to depend on our own point of view.

(I was hoping someone would pick up on that quotation up there so I could give a bastardization of the "Ben to Luke" speech! Thanks for obliging, JediRiff.)

It's sort of like your "last meal."

On the A-Team (1st episode of the final season, I believe), Murdock was asking BA (Mr. T) what he wanted for his last meal (before the team faced a firing squad).

BA said "I don't want no last meal, fool!" (or words to that effect)

Murdock (supposedly the "crazy" one) said something like "Whatever you ate last WILL BE your last meal, then."

BA puzzled-up his brow and stated (something like) "Shut up, fool. You starting to make sense."

SO, from a certain point of view, what I said IS true. Everything dies eventually. Thus, whatever happens in life - whether you go out and live or lie shaking in fear - just by living you are preparing (figuratively or literally) for death or some sort - be it death of a pet, death of a loved one, death of an old way of life (maybe you used to play the banjo, but that part of you is now "dead.").

I wasn't necessarily speaking of a physical, mental, societal or spiritual death, I was just talking... mostly thinking about what happened to the wampa's arm in ESB.

Did it rot? Did it freeze and become preserved? Is it "dead" or still "alive" (of sorts) since it froze before rotting (if it did)?

These are the questions I ask late at night.
    Sometimes.

    Um...yeah. ;)

Hey Entropy, Ron just emailed me to say he got your silk (shiny black), and he got it for 4$ a yard (as opposed to like anywhere from $12 - $80 a yard in a fabric store).

Let me know what you want done with it!

    Anyone else ordering costumes?

Cool! I'll e-mail you later today or tomorrow to give you a general idea of what I'm wanting. Then you can tell me if it can be done and what I need to do to make it happen. Thanks!

Actually, Silky's theme song would be something more along the lines of "Brickhouse" or some equally funky tune.
