Yes, and no. When I think of Thrawn or ANY Imperial Officer, I think of a crisp, sharp looking uniform. I've seen pics of this guy from several events, and his outfit always looks like he pulled it out of a clothes hamper. IMHO, Thrawn should have a very precise and fitted look.

The make-up and hair are good, but I don't think he has the red contact lenses.

My 2 cents worth.

 

I'm with Jake on this one as well. I see Thrawn, I think, simple, elegant and precise.

One of my lists i'm on has a guy who dresses as Thrawn and it looks pretty sharp. he doesn't hit cons in the states cause he lives across the ocean.

 

My problem with this guy or any Thrawn I have seen is the color of the skin. Thrawn should have pale blue skin not dayglow neon blue. The coloring looks akin to when the chick turns into a blueberry in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
