    I haven't read any of them, but the release of the good-looking Episode III novel makes me want to.

    Are they good? Please discuss.

    The TPM novelisation I never finished, but what I read wasn't great. AOTC is horribly rushed and lacking in depth. ROTS is, by far, the best prequel novelisation, and probably one of the best Star Wars books; it has character and plot depth, interesting themes, good pace, and a unique writing style to boot.
