I hope this Lady can get Luke the help he needs. He needs to be up on his feet.

I still have no idea who Lady is supposed to be, but then my EU knowledge isn't all that it could be, either.

Will Trike play a significant role from here on out?

The bit with Kenda comforting Trike was unbearably sweet and cute. So was the pillow fight, and, of course, Kalani.

Why can I just see farmboy hiding his mouth when laughing at his father the way he did here?

Currently trying to finish the next chapter... got sidelined by homework, being sick, doing Latin homework that we never actually went over, a con, and discovering an anime fandom (which has made me realize that there is indeed a soft spot in my heart for characters trying to be good who have done not so good things. actually, I already knew that when I spent a year looking for a copy of the Redemption comic with Ulic in it, but this has just cemented the realization). I think I'm getting pretty close, but then I have to type it up, so it may still be a little while.

Arcalian: Trike is going to play an important role as the story currently stands. And Lady isn't EU.

Yea! Love the update and waiting for the next! The enchange between Trike and Anakin was great. I do love Anakin, when he is Anakin so much. I am looking forward to more with those two. Ah the Lady seems very capable, and not intimated by the power of the people she is with. I can't wait to see more of her!

Last semester of college. Hardly anytime to write. May be able to scrape the next chapter together this week, no promises.

Sorry I've left this un-updated for so long, but it's been a hard year.

 

It's ok. College is about as fun as a thousand years into a Sarlacc pit. Meh. Take your time.

Okay, current situation is that I am through with one stage of education and in a holding pattern waiting to see if the nice people at graduate admissions will be nice enough to let me in. Unfortunately, it's going to take a little while for me to get my head back in the plot, and things may move a bit faster pace-wise than I had originally planned. I'm still planning on finishing this thing, if I possibly can.

Here's a bump and hoping for this thing to be continued. I've spent an entire afternoon reading it!

Well, it's either been a year or it's getting fairly close by now.

I've tried getting back into the story and I just can't, somehow, even with the few vignettes I've managed within the same storyline since my last chapter here. I think adding a bit more of a time jump in the story than I had planned may work, but there are no guarantees. It may work, it may not. My opinions and thoughts on some of the characters, canon and original, may have changed over this past year. In addition, my senior year of college has since turned into yet more college.

I'm still going to try to finish this story, but it may not happen. Chapters may be shorter than they were, and I'm going to be focusing more on the central plot than I was.

Whether I manage to finish this story or not, I'd like to thank all of you for your patience.
