    <ProfessorHubertFarnsworth>Good news, everybody.</ProfessorHubertFarnsworth>

A friend of mine who is on the staff of Comic-Con let me know what's going on as far as Star Wars stuff. Aside from a couple of panels, LucasFilm is sending them copies of all the film footage that they brought with them to Celebration 2! That means that those who didn't get to go to C2 can at least see some of the stuff that was there.
Hooray for everybody who didn't spend lots of money to go to Indianapolis! :)
And hooray for me too because I purposefully avoided all film so as not to get spoilt. So now I can see all that stuff.
    <Anakin>Yippee!!!</Anakin>

Great news! I was wondering what they were going to do with all the footage they had from the Celebration. There were video cameras in every room videotaping everything. It would be cool to see everything I had missed while standing in line all day!

Also, I should mention, Comic-Con is the only convention getting this footage.
Comic-Con is your last chance to see all this groovy stuff.

GLs not gonna read the Ep3 script at Comic Con. It's probably not nearly done yet. Not only that, but it's not like him to spoil all that stuff for fans like that.

Wow! Another way to make us sorry saps who couldn't make the Celebration to wallow in our frustration...wonder if any Lucasfilm honchos will be showing it. Donna gett-a me wrongo, Steve Sansweet is a great guy, but it would be kool to see McCallum or Anthony Daniels. If what I've heard about the Celebration is any indicator, I think an SW 25th anniversary event hosted by Daniels would be an awesome experience.

You couldn't get a better Master of Ceremonies than Anthony Daniels. He had everyone at the Celebration bowing to him and worshipping him like the Ewoks did to Threepio in ROTJ! It was hilarious!

Well, he may be nice to the fans but he's a jerk to his fellow actors.

(Sorry to burst any bubbles; personally I don't like the man.)

Yeah Anthony Daniels is an ASS!!!!!!! He is mean to Fans, he made a little kid cry last year at Dragon Con. When I had dinner with Peter Mayhew (name dropping :p) he said that Anthony refuses to talk to any of the other actors or hang out with them if he doesn't have to. He also charges the most out of all the actors for events and demands that he's to be treated like royalty.....

My source tells me that Harrison Ford decked Daniels while they were filming ANH because Tony was hitting on Mark Hamill.

Since my source was the "official" Han Solo at the Premiers and Conventions, Daniels was always rude to them while being escorted around the con.

Wow... his onstage personality is much different than his off-stage personality then. That sure changes my opinion of the man.

    Speaking of actors...
The other night I was talking to Montgomery, the little ape muppet on the "Greg the Bunny" show, and he told me, "Daniels is not only a hack, he's a hack who relied solely on his poor imitation of Sir Alec Guiness to land the role of C3P0. They didn't realize who he was trying to portray... that's why he got stuck in the gold robot outfit instead of the Jedi robes. Furthermore, he is a hack who has no taste in wine. A true *auteur* can at least tell the difference between Pinot Gris and Gewurztramiener. If he can't, he wasn't invited to any cast parties. Again, that would be evidence he is a hack." I wasn't convinced, so I did some asking around. Count Blah said, "you should ask Yoda, blah." I thought that was reasonable, so I jumped in my YT-1300R and headed toward Yavin to use the holocron. But on the way I bumped into another TV muppet, ALF. So I asked him his opinion of Anthony.

ALF thought Tony was an ok guy. "Any guy who tortures that many cats during set strike week is a helluva guy in my book," he told me. Of course, Tony did let ALF eat all the leftover cat parts, so he's a bit biased.
Yoda's advice was to bop Daniels on the nose with a rolled script when he misbehaved. "Treated like dogs, hacks must be. Hmm?"
So I think if the Shakespearean auteur Montgomery AND the Jedi master, kicker of sith butt Yoda thinks he's lame, we all should. ;)
