STAR WARS: EPISODE III Fan Film

Many of you may not remember me. I was a prime example of someone who wanted to make the best film without the best equipment, and had to learn the hard way that it wouldn't work out. So, a year later, here I am, this time with the resources to actually complete a fan film. So, I've chosen Ep3. I am in the process of casting the following roles (voice acting only):

Anakin Skywalker
Bail Organa
Mace Windu
Ki-Adi-Mundi
Palpatine
Count Dooku
Boba Fett (14 years old)
Aurra Sing
Owen Lars
Beru Lars

well, do we have to sound just like them? or can the voices be more an interpretation of the character, and not just who can sound the most like Hayden or Samuel.

 

Why would you make an Episode III fanfilm when Lucas is going to put it out in three years anyways?

 

Why not? That idea didn't stop Daft from making Dark Skies, did it?

Do you have any links to pictures or animations you have done in flash?

 

I would like to have the voices sound as similar as I can get to the real characters. JediTAC, I always like to speculate on the movies, just to show what we, as fans, WANT to see in the next and final movie. Actually, that sounds quite easy and intriguing. I think Im in for Fett (even thoim a but older than him...maybe I can slap on a bit of a Spanish accent...)

How 'bout putting on a Maori accent, then you'll sound more like him.

He would have been around 9 in AotC... so he will be 11-12 in Ep III...

No, he was around 11 in AOTC, so in ep3 he'd be 13/14.

 

I can't quote directly, but...

10 Years - 9 months Gestation for Boba (Unalterted Clone, remember) = around 9-10 years old. (Assuming Jango was hired immediately, which I got the impression he wasn't)

Add in the 2 or so years between AotC and Ep III, and you get 11-12 years old...

I was hoping to find someone on here that is doing a Star Wars fanfilm in Toronto, Ontario or surrounding areas. I'm a huge Star Wars fan, so much in fact that I have my own head to toe Boba Fett costume. I am also very athletic and have martial arts expierience in Kobudo which is the art of martial arts weapons. I would make a great Jedi Knight I think!! Actually, maxemus, the movie is going to be animated. However, if you would still like to contribute, you are perfectly welcome to. I am going to need some voices, plenty of them, actually.
