STAR WARS SAGA SIX SET OF NOVELS

How good would it be if they would now release a set of six novels for each film in the saga

obviously with matching covers etc

the books should have all deleted scenes and extra info inserted into them and new meanings to the OT could be expanded on in the light of the completion of the PT.

does ne1 have any suggestions or know of any plans for such a release???

 

I doubt they'll re-novelize the OT, since the existing novelizations are pretty good themselves.

 

perhaps though, new points could now be added...

for example some mention of PT characters such as qui-gon, dooku etc

things could be added in new versions to nicely tie up the saga

 

Well, Lucas did go back and redo the movies themselves. *shudder* I wouldn't put it past him to have the novelizations re written.

But the OT novelizations are wrong now about a lot of things. Almost Infinities level wrong. I wouldn't mind these being re-written.

 

Yeah, I just bought the novels, and man... They are very very innacurate.

 

Someone could sit down and rewrite them all in the context of the overall story.

I'd buy it and burn through it over a weekend!

 

Is dost thou unaware how many books, comics and games are being made in the movie years today, let alone the past 20yrs, that we want yet more?

How about GET OUT of that time bubble and explore new rips in the space-time continuum?

Correct.

And no, I do not wish to see these rewritten, nor do they need to be --and I don't expect them to. They're fine as they are. If something doesn't fit, well, then it was a certain historians outlook on how the events transpired.
