Wouldn't the Jedi suspect something was dangerously wrong with the Clone Army? After all, the person who is the original host (Jango) was hanging out with Dooku, the leader of the opposing forces. Also, they were never informed about the making of the army. I know that they are a little suspicious but those two things (especially the first one) would seem to give away that this whole Clone Army thing is a very bad idea.

Once they'd told Palpatine about the existence of the clone army, there wasn't anything they could do to prevent things from unfolding. It is rather strange, though, that they decided not to keep it a secret. A scene that explained why they did it might've helped.

As Obi-Wan suggests, I think they realised that without the clones they would have no chance of winning and just had to go along with it. Once the senate had voted, it was out of the hands of the Jedi despite the fears of Yoda and Mace Windu.

Jango's a bounty hunter, It's possible he could switch sides easily, for the right price....

Yup, Jango just takes the money. There's no reason you can't hire a bad guy to do innocent work for money.
