SW: Gamer #5?

A friend of mine is considering letting me help him write a story in the NJO set in the "backwaters" in the galaxy. Since I've always liked the Lando series, I decided the Centrality would be a good location. I've heard this issue details the history, species, government, etc. of the Centrality and also describes their status in NJO.

If anyone could give me a rundown (though a full post would be even nicer ) it'd be much obliged.

Well, the Centrality is located between Kessel/Hutt Space and the Tion Cluster, in the Outer Rim.

It is fiercely independent and never joints the New Republic. After the Imperial collapse, it has its own government, headed by a Scribner, and its own fleet, consisting of 89lc Akorec Strike Cruisers.

The Sharu are isolationist even by Centrality standards; they were able to throw off the Imperial yoke after their renaissance, with their advanced technology, and Palps kept the system quarantined acc. to EChr!

When I meant story, I meant to type "RPG campaign" but it came out wrong, lol.

Heh, it's a great irony--the Centrality is such a fairly weak power in the GFFA, the Vong may have ignored it all together (leave it for mopping up) and it could be fairly important after the war.

 

That is true. Unifying Force did show a mjor shift in Galactic power from the Core to the Mid and Outer Rim worlds.
