I honestly don't know. Just entering the names as one would normally do does nothing - it doesn't even function as a link. Waiting for the index of names to come up and click works, but clicking does nothing and it remains unlinked. Entering the tags with the user ID turns it into a proper working link, but apparently doesn't tag anyone.

 

What browser are you using?
