I'm not sure if this concerns everyone but I kindly ask the admins to fix this. I use a stupid dial up connection and I'm having problems. Each time I load a page in 3SA it takes a while..

Note: Tha only the 3SA banner is not saved in the disk cache.

I use dialup and it's saved on this computer. My other computer just doesn't save them anyway.

I don't know if this is a problem that the mods can fix, since it sounds like it's a problem with your computer, not the 3SA banner. There might be something you can do to your computer to solve this, but I can't think of anything right now.

Vader666, have you recently deleted your Temporary Internet files? This could be the cause of the problem.

My computer had that same problem when the CT board got its new banner. But after a few days of my comp getting used to the image, it loads automatically now.

My computer does that with all the forums. It's annoying, but I have broadband so it's not unbearable.

This only happens with the 3SA banner. All other banners are saved in the disk cache. I did not delete my temp files and cookie"s are enabled on my browser

For some reason the 3SA banner does not get stored in my disk cache

I'm starting to lose my patience.

Either it's a stupid laptop. Or a stupid banner...

It's because it knows you supported the Palpaclone theory. :p

Seriously though, it's probably your computer. One of my computers doesn't save any of the banners. :(

Hmm. Try saving any random image from the internet. If it only allows for .bmps, that means your cache is full. In that case, delete ALL the temporary internet files. Next time you load that banner, it should then be cached. :)

If you're cache isn't full, then I don't know what to tell you.
