The Acolytes of Revan (was: Darth Revan fan club)

I like SW in D&D rules. I prefer the d20 system to the old d6. The rules of the WOTC SW have been modified to fit the SW Universe pretty well. I don't have the Rebellion book, I own only Core Rulebook and Alien Anthology and the GM has NJO Sourcebook and Hero's Guide. Other than that, we use the Essential Guides. They don't give you the stats for play, but GM creates a pretty flexibile game because he has a lot of experience with RPing and the Guides help us get familiar with some new things. Force and Luck X times a day is pretty cool, no too much of annoying resting any more.
The only thing I have yet to study is the space battle, but thus far it didn't appear in any of the adventures (except that my party crashed on Iego and had to fight Demons is a very D&Dish style ).

I don't like the Sims. To freaky for my taste. I did try it, but the onyl interesting part of the game was building houses which got me bored pretty soon.

I almost banned you for calling Diablo II an RPG, but you redeemed yourself with the Fallout mention

 

Why isn't Diablo II an RPG? It posesses all of the neccesary gameplay components. I really don't see how it's any less of a roleplaying game than KotOR is.

 

I have that book the darkside sourcebook. It is a very good reference. Though it really needs to be updated, so much concerning the darkside has happened since it was published...

 

Thanks for the recomendation, Reven, but I forgot to mention that I have that book as well, but only in .PDF format. And I loved all the DS gear, like Sith gauntlets, gloves, amulets, rings, swords... I love the Fantasy elements in Star Wars.
