    Late reaction:

What, you forgot how we translated the Nightsister chant? (Which was Dutch/German/Danish-ish):p

EDIT: Gah, you were talking to FF93. Potverdomme.

I just thought the Umbaran was like "Don't shoot me! Don't shoot me!"

Coming slightly back to Dave Fennoy/Mass Effect, Krell's head has the same spine things tapering backward across the sides of his head as Saren Arterius.

I don't really agree with Hardcase's sudden and non-Deserter personality. It does seem to me they regret killing Hevy because essentially Hardcase and his attitude reminds me so much of Hevy. They could be a little more creative.

I don't think Hardcase had a chance to show any character in The Deserter.. he just kinda stood there.. took off his helmet.. nodded.. and grimaced at the "2 inches from the heart.." comment.

Like it or not.. character development! [image=http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/306/8/f/success_by_rexter_fangirl-d4ewpvo.png]

I kinda agree with GG. Hardcase feels like a different character even though he didn't do anything in "The Deserter". I mean he didn't exactly chase after the commando droids who shot Rex yelling "Where you going! Get Back here so I can put some heat up your metal ass.". This guy could make things real awkward around the kids in the barn if he had this attitude. But I still liked him and I feel enough time has passed between "The Deserter" and this episode for Hardcase to have changed and gotten more aggressive. Who knows maybe inside he's a frightened little girl and puts on this sociopathic front for the sake of everybody else. I tell ya who I'm really growing to like is Tup he grows on me more everytime I watch the episode. I love how he's such a captain obvious. Why do I always like the ones who are obviously going to die?

The issue with his sudden new character is that his "encyclopedia" entry suggests his whole personality began when he was developing in a clone tank on Kamino. It's like they took this clone that had a heart and cared for his leader, Rex, in his first appearance episode, but then they slapped a Hevy personality on him in the next episode he appeared in.

Obviously the people writing the encyclopedia didn't watch either episode. They also list Cut Lawquane as one of Jesse's relationships.

Actually that stuff in Hardcases bio sounds like a joke his buddies would tell, something like -- "Legend has it Seerow was dropped on your her head as a baby." -- that could be a recent thing.

I loved Tup's little "hold on with both hands" thing. :p Rookie.

I don't really look into their <s>fanon</s> entries too much, but it could be that. Though I'm pretty sure when they were writing Hardcase's entry they wrote what they meant. I can't see them be creative, much like TCW's own writers. Those encyclopedia entries, the ones I read, seem to be written for a 6 year old.

I'm not going to read to much into the bio and go with what I said.

@Coric, I thought it was pretty funny and kinda sad Tup was holding on with both hands. Also the "Shadow people" exchange and later his input when they are going up to road. The new guy started the whole debate and it rolled from there. Then lastly -- "This can't be good."... lol.

Hey who was the guy with the knotted hair in the trench scene?

I've been wondering about him too, and thought it was a strange miracle you clone fanatics weren't analysing his personality yet, from the way he wears his hair to how he holds his weapon. :p

Damn, I like that guy. Too bad he's going to die. (That is to say, I'd be amazed if he didn't.)
