I got the whole set for my birthday.

No, I had no idea you could even get them as figures!

I'll have to track down one now though! And 7-Zark-7!

 

They're fricking cool. I can happily forget finding something like that in Holland, though I have The Beatles and The Simpons as figures.

No, I only have Jason and Princess at work. I gave Mark to my brother so he could have one. And Tiny and Keyop are still at home - guarding the place.

 

Ah well, Jason and the Princess were the coolest anyway. And Zoltar.

I didn't know the scene, Tom. But I've seen the film some years ago.

 

Ah, well it's worth another look if you get the chance. The movie is actually pretty entertaining throughout but there are a few scenes like that that I just remember more vividly than the others.

 

The first scene with Sellers in "Lolita" is improvised -- it's a great scene.

 

Yes it is. I think I heard somewhere that almost all of the dialogue in The Magic Christian was improvised. Sellers was a master of that, it would seem.

 

You should check out the book about him. You probably get the US version, which isn't nearly as great as the 900-page UK version.

No, really, it's completely butchered. I read both, just out of curiosity. But it's still very good, so you should pick it up.

 

Okay, I'll do it. I'll have to see if I can get the British version though.

 

Well, that's the problem. I tried to obtain a second copy, too, because mine is just a mess with loose pages and whatnot, and I couldn't find it. They all have the US version.

EDIT: Is this an option maybe?

 

Ah yes, that could work. I would most definitely have to find it used.

 

It's a good book, it's worth it.

Heh. KP started a thread about a dream she had about Star Wars contact lenses, one with Rebel insignia, one with Imperial insignia, someone (a mod) replied with a thing about Darth Maul lenses, was not it, another reply, still not it, right after that -- yep, someone found similar ones.
