Missed the game....French History had me writing three essays from 7pm-10pm. I'm telling you, that should be illegal in Canada on Leaf nights.

Yeah, the schedule is weird. Montreal played Monday, and play Friday (4 day break). Toronto played Tuesday, and plays again Thursday. (1 day break.) Originally, I thought it was so Game 2 is on Sat night for Hockey night in Canada, but I've also heard it's been pushed to Sunday......silly.

 

Worst time ever to be at Queen and Younge, right after the leafs win. -.- I was mauled down by leafs fans.

Yonge and Dundas was madness...pure unadulterated madness! I loved it!!! WOO WOO!

I see we are doing Toronto Maple Leaf fan math, that's where you try to make it seem like you are being more hard done by than anybody else, you either include game day in which case it's four and two, or you don't include gameday, three and one, splitting hairs I know, it's just Leaf fans always find ways to make it seem like they're being cheated somehow, I just thought I'd mention it in this Maple Leafs Discussion thread

Actually, yes, that was done deliberately. Was trying to show that the Leafs were "more hard done by" than the Habs.

But, I'm allowed to. I'm a Leafs fan, and we own the world.

 

Great win boys!! That was nice to see. Its like I keep telling everyone. Don't count the leafs out yet. They may go down but they get back up. Keep the faith people. DOn't listen to numbers, don't measure the team. The Leafers have heart and the fans have faith...they can do it.

Even if it is pouring rain tomorrow will be a happy day. Hey bonus it will be 24C tomorrow

Today's game starts at 4pm! don't think it is 7 or you will miss it!

 

Well the way the Leafs are playing right now you would think they thought the game started at 7 tonight.

You wouldn't know they were there is they hadn't scored on their only shot on net.

6 to 1 (so far) for the Flyers.

At this rate it will be 12 to 1 by the end.

What a crappy game.

 

Arg. How a team that played so good 2 days ago could look so bad.

This was a completely different team from two days ago. And we were SUPPOSED to win this one...what with Sundin AND Nieuwendyk playing...this one was supposed to be a no-brainer!

I think the Leafs just like game sevens...boo-urns to that...

 

You guys are all acting like this WAS game seven. Yeah it was a bitter loss but you can't get all upset about this.
