Oceania Things you may have Missed in FOTR

So you did, I scanned the thread looking for that but must have missed your post.

Okay, this isn't something from FOTR, but it is FOTR related, and I could nae see the point of starting a thread about FOTR sightings...


I just downloaded Kyodai Mahjong and noticed that one of the background images is called Galadriel's Pool. And it does indeed look like said pool, though it is only a naff cg rendered version (reminds me of those old flat-colour 3d games).

Anyways, just thought I'd mention it.

 

I was reading a bit in my daily paper over here (UK) and it said that new line are thinking about putting a short trailer/teaser at the end of FOTR in march. (UK timeline, not sure when this applies to aussie time)
So it will get people to go back and see it again.

I found a nice little snippet of information. Sir Ian Holm, who played Bilbo in the film, played the part of Frodo when LOTR was aired on the BBC's Radio 4.
