Abq Trooping ideas to serve our communities.......

You know, I was just walking around think of new ways we could promote the club and offer our communities support while doing this, so here are some of the ideas that I came up with...

Neighborhood watch: We could throw our gear on and just partol the streets. Neighborhood watch is a good way to feel like we are contributing to the neighborhood and just get to know folks. I think it would be great to stick a rifle into a jogger's face and ask him what he's doing.

YMCA: We could teach kids how to gear up, hold rifles, March like they are under a dictatorship, kick some rear (they teach Karate there don't they?)

Neighborly duties: You know, like deliver the paper to old people from like the front of the driveways to their doors. Some may think that they lived to see the 23rd Century when they see a space man walk up to their door. Make them feel good about themselves and make them feel glad they've been taking all those pills. Or Slave Leia dog walking, that would definetly turn some heads...Our Ladies in the club look good to so they won't have to worry about geeting our neighbors confused on who is walking who....

Were all bright people here, I'm sure we have many more ideas as well. Please feel free to join in..

Lifeguard: Yea, laser rifles should go through water, few bursts into the pool will bring the kid up from the bottom. Anyone got a rifle that can fire?

 

I don't know if it's necessarily a "Help" to the community...but what about doing ride-alongs in gear...how cool would that be to see a stormtrooper sitting in a cop car...it would probably strike fear into criminals and they'd stop. Don't you think?

 

Seeing isn't good enough to stop rebels, I mean criminals. I think actual raids are the way and put the smack down on them Rebel, Umm, criminal scums...Good thought. This is the Emprie so you can pick houses at random too....don't necessarly need a reason.

 

Damn dude, you got all the good ideas. I love the neighborhood watch program. We could start our own security company. Like AKAL.

We could esscort the dancers from TD's to there cars so they get home safe there are alot of strange people out there at night. in armor don't want to catch something

We could esscort co'eds at UNM to there car's or to there apartment's so they are safe.

Then we could walk the women at the mall's that work at night to there cars.

Protect and serve that's our motto.

 

I like the TD's idea. I like the idea of co-eds. I could donate some of my choice cardboard to the homeless. It's quality stuff!

 

I'm telling you, the options are almost endless...I was thinking of scaring, uhhh, helping those up the trail to the crest. I work with a lady who got lost up there and they had the whole rescue team and everything come find the. News, everybody...

I can't chime in too much on the TD's...my Evil Princess is lurking on the boards and that one will get me no....umm...dinner again.

 

Love the escort service idea. I was just thinking it would be soooo sweet to see a stormtrooper helmet with a bright red lip-sticketty kiss on it. In fact, I think we should make a helmet like Ulic's smiley trooper and finish it off with a smoochie.

I was also thinking about the scene from Back to the Future II where Marty appears to his teenage father and announces, "I am Darth Vader from the planet Vulcan! You must ( fill in the blank )." My thought was, we could go visit some winos under the bridge and make the suggestion that they get their bloomin' butts to an AA meeting before we send in the clones to level the place. "This is a public service announcement from your friendly Imperial shock troops. Chhhhch. Move along, move along..."

And while we're in the area, we could just go hang out downtown. It's a pretty happenin' place on Saturday nights. We could go hit Ned's and do a little PB&J trooper dance on the disco floor. That would be a public service all by itself! Throw in a little Vader music to the mix, and Scott could make an ominous entrance and do the dance with his homies. Wouldn't that be cool?

Oh yeah, my head is full of this weird stuff! Don't get me started!

I think the YMCA thing has already started...my daughter goes there for pre-school and it sounds strangely similar to what she has been up to...
