Spok, WA Video Editing Software Question

    Hey,

    Just curious, but what software (for PC) out there that is affordable would be able to do the following?

    Rip scenes from DVD's
    Set all those clips to own Mp3 music, etc.

    That's basically all I'd want to do, nothing fancy. Something easy to use would be nice too.
