What Color Lightsaber Would You Have and Why?

I would have a double bladded saber with Black Blades!!! Hella Evil!!!

But I chose Red for the poll,....hey I am a SITH!

 

I chose purple; I've always loved the idea of a purple lightsaber ? mine would probably be a dark purple-ish blue, kind of with a blacklight effect. But actually I would have two? the aforementioned one and a blue one ? and use them both together.

Green just looks the coolest on screen! Luke's fight with Vader wouldn't have been so brilliant without a green saber!

 

The reason I had such "limited choices" is because these are the only color lightsaber come in.

Um, no, there are several other saber colors. You're limiting yourself if you only allow yourself to experience the movies.

 

There's only four lightsaber colors. Unless of course GL is lying to us.


Bib, is there already an EU explanation on why in AOTC, out of dozens maybe hundreds of Jedi Knights, there were only 4 colors?

Cause if there are only 4 lightsabers colors, that pretty much screws up alot of minor things in the EU.


Btw, I'd choose Red. Its such a perty color. And can't red also mean love?

 

There are only 4 colors. LUCAS said so himself that Jedi only carry GREEN and BLUE lightsabres, Sith carry only RED. Lucas made an exception with Sam and gave him a purple. But only 4 COLORS. No more, no less. The rest is EU trash.

 

Pink, it's my favorite color. (I'm NOT a sith, or bad for that matter)

 

Mace's purple saber is just the coolest.

 

I think Mace's is cool too.

 

As a Jedi-trained bounty hunter, I would carry several lightsabers for different occasions. A blue one, a green one, a double-bladed purple one, a red fencing-style one, a white one that stuns my victims, but my personal trademark is the dark blue, almost blacklight one that I constructed myself from a crystal found deep below the surface of Kamino.

Well there's my geeky, long-winded, and rule-bending answer.

Like DarthZemog, I'd choose black if that were an option. That way I could sneak up on people in the dark and clobber them.

 

Purple - my favorite color.

In Dark forces 2 demo, you can chose you color of lightsaber in multiplayers with multiple colors of sabers... Luke does look over Lucasarts shoulder...


As for the saber I would have a fencing style saber with a dark greenish-blue tinge to it.

 

I think that GL should of stuck to the original three colors, thus, very clear your alliance with the force

Blue= by the book

Green=willing to bend the rules for the greater good, but still good.

Red=Sith or darkside former jedi.

Purple=publicity stunt, not good for the overall story.

Purple, yellow, orange, white, pink or whatever other colors would have looked cool on film, but just glad that only one of them made it in

Blue sabers to date have never won a deul in the movies.

Obi-Wan vs. Maul - Obi used Qui-Gon's Green Saber to win.

Obi-Wan vs. Dooku - loses.

Luke vs. Vader (ESB) - loses.

Yoda vs. Dooku - no explaination. :D

The only time I think blue will win is Episode 3 between Obi-Wan and Anakin. And even then, I think Obi-Wan gets lucky against the Chosen One.

Personally, I'd take a dark orange one... wht? Because I think it'd look kickass! But since that is not an option - I voted for purple, my favorite color

 

I relly like rainbow! That's the prettyfullest color I've ever seen!
