What did you all do this weekend?

Friday night, I was on a mission to drink belfast dry of Miller. Almost suceeded. Saterday night I was working, but I also got horribly drunk. Last night? Thats a toughie, oh hold on, thats right, I got totally weasted on JD at a mates birthday. Got a lift home from another mate in his jeep ( no trailer ) with the windows wound down, blaring Guns and roses out loud!!!!

I'm suprised you can send text's drunk...I can't even open the front door..

 

I can send messages when drunk, hence why I dont take my phone out with me. So by the time I get home all I will do is sleep for the next 10 hours.

 

My phone is surgically attached to my hand, I can seriously write the buiggers while driving without taking my eyes off the road.

Well, you're the only one from here that got one I had to tell all my friends of lynn'es answer to "what kind of milk is rockford cheese made out of?" - and she said "Full fat"! Had me in stitches

 

I can't text @ all well when drunk. The buttons vanish on my phone.

 

infact it takes me about 20 min's to text while sober...and I have a Nokia with that auto spell-me-jig...

Maybe I should have a T-Shirt printed...

I have that also on my phone I normally dont take long to text. But when drunk probably spend about 30 mins texting without the spelling help.

Predictive texting is cool. Apart from you end up sending meassages like

I'm so ripped (p!ssed)

And then of course it turns words like if into he so you sound like a ripped mentalist

 

I'm one of those sad people that know automatically how many times to push the bottom left button for that sort of thing

 

I come from a generation that are still trying to get used to mobile phones in our lives..it's not fully ingrained into my everyday life..thus...I feel like a knob when I'm on it...and I feel like a knob when someone rings and I'm in lets say the bank...

Infact I feel much more relaxed when the thing is OFF

 

I used to hate predictive text until my phone broke and I had to go back to the old way for a couple of days.


Now I think it's great.

I love my phone particularly when it vibrates. But yeah, I always feel a bit, "Buy low sell high" when I'm on it in the pub etc.

 

always keep the phone on silent. And if you don't get rid of the stupid ringtones. Nothing worse than seeing a guy answer his phone to 007 theme music.

 

My phone is on silent the mast majority of the time now, so generally if someone phoens me I have to phone them back to see what they wanted. I'v turned the vibrator in it off cos it makes such a feking noise when it does. You can easily hear it, and it's embarrassing when it goes offf in a tutorial

 

Mines just emits a shril beep, no stoopid tones.

 

I absolutley loath novelty ring tones...It makes me want to rip it out of their hands...and shout in faces...

Mine's off or silent most of the time... even though it gets paid for by work, I don't use it that much heh...

I actually quite like that 'Addicted to Bass' tune. The two women look like Millia Jojovavich and the other bird from the new resident evil movie... and the video is a rip off offa Mad Max.
