Another thread from me, that probably wont last long, but ah well.
So what time do you get up? Just interested.
On weekdays i usually get up 7:40am. Have to be out the house at 8am to catch the bus. Usually only jsut manage it. Weekends midday. But if i'm, off out i have to be up at about 9am[face_tired]. When everyone was out, i got up at 1:40. Had a fry up for brunch and sat in front of the Tv until someone got back. What a life.

    Now its down to you...

Also what time do you go to bed? Usually about midnight on weekdays. Friday and saturday nights about 1am. I stayed awake til 4am on a saturday once, eating packets of crisp and watching the crappy nightime TV.

    Weekdays depends on my shift.
If I start at 7 am I am up around 5:30 am.
If I start at 5 am I am up around 3:30 am.
Weekends I am usually up around 6:00 am unless I have a lay in in which case I get up at around 7 am.

But I do remember the days that a weekend lay in was getting up around 2 pm.
    How I miss those days.
But at my age you do not wat to be wasting time in bed.
I will have enough time to sleep when I am dead.

On a weekday, I usually get up at 8.30am and have to be in work at 9.00am. It takes me about 20-25 minutes to get ready, so I usually get in to work around 9.20-9.30am.

I know I should make more of an effort to be on time, but i've finally figured out that it doesn't really matter. People don't look at you any worse, you get paid exactly the same amount and I don't really care about my job or if I get fired anyway.

On a weekend I get up around 11.00am. It used to be a lot later, but for some reason my body doesn't like getting up at 1.00pm anymore.

Why do you need 1+1/2 hours to get ready for work?

Noodle, when I get up at 3:30 I have usually only gone to bed around 11:30.
At my age 4 hours is more than enough.
Your body learns to live on what it can.
Whe it is tired your ody will let you know and you just will not wake.
I have a mate who only sleeps three hours a day and has done for 8 years.
    I wish I could.
    I could post more.

Let's see. Shower, get dressed, coffee, brush teeth. At 6.30am I'm on the road. Half an hour to get to work. I'm not around the corner from work since I moved house and transferred stores.

And while I'm thinking about it. My first trip to England, I was getting up at 5am cause it was habitual. My body said "it's 5am, get up". It took two weeks to get out of it!

    OMG!
Nat ... your routine mirrors mine.
    Same here.
Shower, dress, coffee, brush teeth and then I usually need a while to just sit and wake up before the 30 - 40 minute drive!

It actually takes 20mins, but I like to be early at work. No time for brekkie before work. I have an "Up & Go" when I get there.

I always get in 10 - 15 minutes early and eat my breakfast at work. (A grapefruit!)
Always rather be early than late!

I'm never late, even if I sleep in. And Geminis are always supposed to be late.

    7.00 during the week

    9.00 at the weekends

Unless I've had a skinful then I might not get up, if you know what I mean!

But I have no idea what you mean! [face_worried]

    Nat, you're a Gemini too?

And I haven't been late once in my new job, but my last one?
Sometimes I was late by three or four days!

Some say my inability to get up at the weekend is due to CD-UK, but I disagree, these people have no idea what a weekend lie in is like for a working man in his twenties!!

    Or do they! [face_worried]

    Abandoned Employment?

No I argued with my boss about the fact he was a little hitler.
I think my final comment sealed my fate.

"Why don't you **** off you fat ****."

I kinda knew it was over as I said it, but he pushed me to the point where it was either that or hit him.
And I would never let him get the chance of having me arrested.

And as the Janitor says in Scrubs ...
"Give it time, it will eat away at you."

And god bless the Janitor, from what people at the place tell me now, it has.

 I percervied with one boss that I hated. I was on the brink of quitting. He used to yell at me over why the wages went up (that's the dept managers that bring extra staff, not the girl who costs out the rosters) and he even siad my last name wrong. When I corrected him, he said I'll say what I like, thank you. Bastard.

Well my boss was a complete ass.
He made and still makes everyones life hell.
What I said was because I had injured myself and shouldn't have even been at work.
I went back to help them out, but only on light duties.
He asked me to move a box and I explained I couldn't lift because of my shoulder.
He proceeded to rip into me and tell me I was taking the piss and said I was faking my injury to get time off work.
I then pointd out that if that was the case why was I at work?
He then used the worse swear word ever begining with the third letter of the alphabet and I snapped.
3 and a half years of his crap made me respond the way I did.
I am now in a better job with better money and better prsopects.
They asked me why I left the last job and I did not lie.
I told them exactly what I said here and I started the next day WITHOUT a reference.

    Good things do sometimes happen.

Because my classes start at different times during the week, I get up at various times. Usually, I'm up sometime around 9am - 7am on Wednesday's because I have classes at 9am (well, I haven't been to that class this week as it's boring), and 7am on Friday's because I go to work.

Saturday's for me is my rest day, unless I'm going to an event, or some other thing. But today, I didn't do anything and I didn't get out of bed today until about 1:40pm (lazy git, I know!) :p

Sunday's I usually go to the cinema around 11am, so I'm up around 10am, but I'm going down to be an extra in Moogie-Wan's film tomorrow, and the following two Sunday's, so it's early starts for me. [face_worried]

On weekdays, I go to bed anywhen between midnight and 1.30AM. Then i stay in bed for as long as is possible in the mornings. I usually get up at 8.00, rush to get ready, leave home at about 8.20 and turn up to school about 15 minutes late. (I had 19 lates on my report, not good, but i'm in sixth form and they don't seem to care)

On Fridays and Saturdays I stay up till about 2AM and get up somewhen around midday. During the summer holidays my sleep pattern becomes almost nocturnal. I end up going to bed at about 4AM most nights, which is basically dawn at that time of year, and getting up somewhen after lunchtime.

So basically i'm a waster who stays up as long as I can at night, and in bed as long as i can in the morning.

What can i say? I'm just not a morning person.
