What to do when password is forgotten and email can't be accessed?

    Basically I'm wondering what the protocol is to get my old account back.

    I can't remember the password, and I'm fairly certain that I won't have access to the email address that I used to sign up with that account.

    Is there any way that it could happen or not?

    I tried searching but, for whatever reason, pressing the "Search" button just took me back to the search form and showed no results.
