Well I would have a heavily modified Marauder class Corvette called Sheild of Truth and a custom built starfighter called Sword of Justice

 

YT-2400 with modified laser cannons, shields, comms, cockpit, proton torpedo launcher, and 5 secret smuggling compartments.

I would name it: 1337

 

For a large ship, (Destroyer): ISS Pulsar or Terminus Este (Dividing line) Named after the mercury filled sword used by Severian the torturer from the novel 'Book of The New Sun' by Gene Wolf.

For a small ship, (Freighter)YT1300 or YT 2400: Popper's Dream, Infinity's Child or Journey's Edge.

Oh yeah, and I'd call a ship Anakin's Angel, or something along those lines. Then I'd set it to flying around the galaxy on autopilot, and take bets on how long it would take Vader to blow the sucker out of the sky.

There's more, but I thought I should stop wasting space. If I had to choose, tho, it would definitely be The Flannel Avenger

 

OK, if it comes to serious names, it would be either the Shadow or the Witchfire. Also, I've always thought that Demeter's Daughter has a nice ring to it, but it wouldn't work in the SW universe, what with a complete and utter lack of Greek myths.

I would name my smuggling freighter Bite My Hairy Butt .

The reason being that, if I were pursued by an Imperial ship, the bridge conversation would go something like this....

VADER: What is happening, Captain Needa?

NEEDA: We are in pursuit of a smuggler's ship suspected of Rebel sympathies.

VADER: And what is the name of this ship?

NEEDA: Bite My Hairy Butt , sir.

(Vader proceeds to Force-Choke Needa, distracting the crew & allowing my ship to escape...)
