(Dak is Luke's gunner, unless I'm horribly wrong, again, so I thought he might not count as a pilot.)

Is it the guy in TESB who punches the air when the first transport gets away when they are evacuating? (I'm not sure if he cheers, or if a cheer counts as speaking but it's worth a try!)

 

Difficult, there are a lot of non-speaking rebels in the classic movies...well, I'll give it a shot anyway:

Is it that Rebel who dresses up as a Biker Scout while Han & co infiltrate the bunker on Endor?


...And if not, in which movie does the character appear (if that's a legal question)?

I'd say too obscure for this game is something like. Stormtrooper number 12, second row, left side of the Emperor's reception on the Death Star 2.
