Who would you miss the Lucas presentation for?

But anyhow, I wouldn't doubt if mayhem ensued after folks in line were told the GL event was closed due to capacity. I'd hate to be a security guard then or any staff member of GenCon.

I have a feeling things will get really messy when that happens.

I do like the idea of $10-20 tickets to rent out the Dome though. That is if it's even available for that hour or so.

I'd only miss seeing my childhood hero for the Second Coming of Christ. That's it.

 

I'd miss him if natalie agreed to make out with me....what a first kiss huh? But barring that, I will probably stand in line all day...I hope about a third or more seating is reserved for fan club members

Yeah but it's not about seeing Amy Allen it's about being able to go out on a date with her at this convention that they are fantasizing about.

Don't ruin the fantasy. hehe. In a perverse kind of way, I'd rather her be dressed up as Aayla on our date. *smirk* I so adore those headtails. haha.

For the love of God, the Dome is not gonna happen. Although I also did say that GL would never be caught dead at a convention so...

Also perhaps to make things fair, they could use those punch holes in yoru badge to let people in, that way he could have multiple shows and a completely new group would be able to see him. I remember talking to someone last year and they were like, this is the third time I have seen the McCullum spectacular. Thanks, also glad you for go taking a shower as well.

 

I wouldn't miss this for anything else there. This is a once in a lifetime chance.

Some of the people that will be working crowd control/security on that line are your fellow fans volunteering their time....people that are members of the 501st, Rebel Legion and Jedi Assembly costuming groups.

If it comes down to the event getting closed off due to capacity, remember that the people telling you have no control over it and are just the messengers. Some of them are fans just like you, and will be equally disapointed because they aren't getting in either and they've just had to put up with some major league hassles from the line. So everyone, please be kind to them.

 

I would skip an entire day of events, regardless of what they are, to see George.

With all due respect to those running this show, I don't see how they can have George anywhere but the RCA Dome. Trying to squeeze the number of people who will want to see him into any ballroom is going to be a logistical nightmare. The RCA Dome holds more than 50,000 people in the tands alone, never mind any floor seating that might be made available. That shoud be more than enough.

 

I might miss it to hang with my Mom and a B actor in a pub or such dining establishment.
That sort of thing

 

I would miss it if Britney Spears said she would make out with me.

More time to spend with Jan Duursema, Joe Corroney, Amy Allen, and GodofDeath(webmaster of jediaayla.com). I don't care if they regularly attend these type of cons. I've seen and read enough of Lucas in interviews over the years and am fine with that. If I were to see Lucas it would be in much better circumstances. Like a personal invitation or something.

Maybe even Orli Shoshan, Ray Park, Temuera Morrison, Nick Gillard, EpIII Concept Artists...

Yeah, I'd miss the George Lucas Q & A for them. Its not like he's going to hang out with us and shoot the breeze. As an admirer of his since 1977 at age 6 I think I'm okay and better off not even attempting to go to it.
Avoid that big "geek on geek violence" to get a seat(as per Salty). I'd love to see some videos of that btw

 

Oh, man... harrison Ford is the ultimate. I'd want to see him more than GL.
