    Actually Martin, we can become a fully fledged state, and it would be totally constitutional. But the fact is that no one really cares or wants to bother with it. We would get very little out of it that we don't already have, and we would actually be fairing worse off in some areas.

    As for a "Greater Oceania", I think that in time, it will happen. Don't know if it will in our life-times, but it will as one step towards globalisational government.
