I'm surprised and honoured that my first attempt of writing a story with one of Saga's main characters ended up there, as I primarily write minor characters and OCs. Thank you so much!

THE 2016 FAN FICTION AWARDS CEREMONY IS BROUGHT TO YOU TODAY BY PYF AND HUPH’S EXTREME ALLERGY RELIEF​

Onscreen, a Trandoshan bounty hunter stalks a Whiphid through a dark and trackless forest. The hunter moves silently with no wasted motion from snout to tail-tip. She is completely intent on the chase. She is deadly. She is...

...sneezing up a storm on the ground as the startled Whiphid shoots his blaster and bolts off into the distance.

Looking embarrassed, the bounty hunter takes cover behind a rock. She pulls a handkerchief out of seemingly nowhere and blows her nose.

ANNOUNCER: Sometimes you really, absolutely can’t afford to sneeze through your day! For those times, Pyf and Huph have your sinuses’ back.

The view shifts to a tall Shistavanen who looks a bit awkward in his tailored suit, set against the background of a summer field full of wind-blown grass and pale blue flowers. He smiles at the holocam, showing a few chipped fangs that somehow still fail to make his expression intimidating. Beside him, a small rabbit-like being (a Hoojib, actually) with a single antenna and blue-dyed fur perches on a hover-platform. She has a very delicate and expensive-looking series of silver earrings spangling each of her large ears.

“Hello, sentients! I’m Pyf.” The Hoojib inclines her head graciously; the words issue from a small clipped-on device that looks just like the rest of her earrings.

The Shistavanen scratches at his ear nervously but then seems to snap out of it. He looks back to the camera with a what-can-you-do grin and introduces himself: “Hi, I’m Huph. Pleased to make your acquaintance.”

“Huph and I have developed the galaxy’s number one series of formulas to bombard, destroy, and laser the remains of your allergy symptoms.” Pyf bounces a bit on her hover-platform. “Our popular line-up includes allergy relief for you, whether you’re mammalian, reptilian, amphibian, piscine, insectoid, gastropod, crustacean, mrrblethirip, or any of four dozen more. (Keep an ocular device or light-sensing organ out for our new Silicon-Based Being Allergy Relief just recently in stores!)”

ANNOUNCER: Pyf and Huph’s EXTREME Allergy Relief may cause side-effects in some beings, including coughing, trouble breathing, cranial explosions, or turning to the Dark Side of the Force.

ANNOUNCER: And now, the awards for the Style Categories in Saga and Beyond will be presented by the 2015 winner for Best Interpretation of a Canon Character!

The curtain opens as a small diminutive ghostly green creature with a gimer stick hobbles onstage.

“From the past come I have,” Yoda muses, “Legends deposited to the vast wasteland they have become.”

“Hey!” The voice sounds suspiciously like Jacen Solo, erstwhile Legend character who shall never be mentioned again.

“Um...hmmm....” Yoda continues, “Old Jedi once I was, but now in the afterlife, more powerful in the Force I have become...”

Laughter starts to kick-start as a child giggles incessantly at the small ghostly figure.
